Knock Knock. Who’s there?

Just announced over at the PlayStation Blog is the news that next week will see the release of Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock on the Vita in the EU. A price hasn’t been confirmed yet, I’ll update this post as soon as I have one.

What is confirmed is all new controls for the Vita, ultilising combinations of the touch screen and the dual sticks, allowing use of the touch screen to solve some of the puzzles too.

The game will also take advantage of Near, in which you can collect and share medals. Another new feature is the ability to use the cloud save to carry on in the Vita version from where you left off in the PS3 one.

I’m trying to make this sound more interesting for you, but I don’t know an awful lot about it, save for it currently holding a Metacritic average of 39.

I’m not a Doctor Who fan, so I wasn’t interested in this anyway.
