On the first day of Christmas Sony gives you cheaper PS+.

Getting in with the festive spirit, Sony have announced that leading up to Christmas every two days they will give those of us in the EU some money off deals, and the first such offering is money off a 90 day PlayStation Plus subscription. Which would have been handy to know last week for those of us that jumped on the Plus bandwagon last week after it came to the Vita!

It says the following on the blog:

Deal 1: 90-day PS Plus subscription – Was £11.99/€14.99, now £7.99/€9.99 (save up to 33%). Offer expires at 11.59pm on 7th December.

Now, we will bring you confirmation when we can, as there seems to be a little contradiction with when the offer expires, either when the new deal comes on or as listed on the 7th for this particular one. This will also stack with any subscriptions you already have. We will also bring you the news of the next offer, assuming of course it is a Vita one!

What are you hoping for in the offers and will you be taking up this offer?

  • Cool, I’ll get PS+ now, just for the support.

  • Lol, the second deal sucks. 50% off BF3 for PS3, while you can get it even cheaper in-store…
