Indie titles galore!

Thomas Was Alone, a video game previously released on PC,  set to arrive on the PlayStation Network (PS3 and Vita) this Spring. The game is a well-received indie puzzle platformer about quadrilateral shapes with personalities. The Vita will have exclusive touch screen features to move the characters or control the camera.

This reinforces the belief that the PlayStation Vita is an interesting and profitable platform for indie developers. With smaller and indie titles such as RocketBirds: Hardboiled Chicken, the Binding of Isaac, Tales from Space: Mutant Blobs Attack and Retro City Rampage (the latter of which sold more on the Vita than on the PS3 despite the Vita’s smaller user-base)  show that the Vita is a viable platform for indie games. Expect to see more indie games arriving on this platform
