Mass Creation’s touch screen based slicer will be out later this month.

Have you ever wanted so help a little ninja resuce his family from a horde of Pirate Monkey Zombies? Now’s your chance in this follow up to the 2009 and 2011 games, with it’s crazy mix of touch mechanics and gory cartoon style visuals.

Our press release reads:

A long time ago, but not so far away, Pirate Monkey Zombies™ – stupid, smelly, ugly, rotten and disgusting creatures – invaded a peaceful village. They kidnapped Hanzo’s – a rather short ninja’s – family. Take control of his awesome blade and aid him in the quest to free them.

The game features:

  • Unique intuitive touchscreen controls
  • Dynamic gameplay
  • Engaging Story
  • Demanding Challenges
  • Endless Arcade: Survival and Gatekeeper
  • Upgradeable Ninjutsu Techniques
  • Leaderboards

Did you look at the trailer? What do you think? The game will be released on April 23rd in North America and on the 24th in Europe. We have no news on pricing yet.

It’s Fruit Ninja with monkeys playing the part of the fruit….AWESOMENESS!!! Looks like it’s a pretty fun game. Seeing that I’m currently on the Vita, I was shocked to be actually able to view it. The new update must allow the Vita to tie in directly to the YouTube app to play videos. A pretty smart and needed addition.

A nice change of pace from the usual “you must install Flash” screen.

I like this idea way better than Fruit Ninja.
