Tecmo is in Translation fever!

Tecmo seems to be on a roll today and has just announced that Toukiden will get a NA release; this after just announcing a second Atelier for the west as well. Toukiden was originally developed by Omega Force and published by Tecmo Koei, and is releasing soon in Japan. The game will be shown on the E3 show floor, so look for more info popping up during the week of June 10th. Until then at least we have the North American release date of Q4, 2013 to think about.

Toukiden takes Tecmo Koei’s expertise in historically themed games to an expansive fantasy world influenced by historical and traditional Japanese elements. Developed by the same studio that created the famed Dynasty Warriors series, this all-new franchise casts players in the role of a demon-fighting Slayer. Starting from the Utakata Village headquarters where they will accept quests, players will venture out to battle monstrous and deadly Oni (demons) before they destroy all of humanity.

I was about to comment that Sega needs to comfirm Vita PSO2 for the west. I wonder if people still miss MH not being on the system? We have every other hunting game to take care of the need.

Hopefully God Eater 2 makes a surprise E3 appearance along with PSO2.

  • I like the Dynasty series so looking forward to this!
