September… the wait isn’t long!

Those looking to play Rayman Origins need not be alarmed at the title. Originally slated for the end of August, Ubisoft has just officially announced via their E3 stream that the new release date for Rayman Legends is 13th September. They didn’t state a region but as the conference is live in North America I’d guess it’s for the NA region, with other territories to surface around the same time.

Given the success of Origins, we’re hoping the follow up is as good if not better (though personally I’ll be amazed to see that happen due to the frightfully high bar that was set previously). A new trailer was also released but the majority was CG.

I'm 27 years old, and have been playing games for 20 years now, ever since Sonic and Alex Kidd on the master system. I love most types of games but I have a particular passion for music games and racing games, though Final Fantasy VII is and probably always will by my all time favourite as it's the only computer game to ever make me cry!

Hmm, it sounded like September 3rd to me (which is the date it has always had for North America), and September 13th seems kinda weird considering it’s a Friday (most games generally don’t come out on Fridays, this week’s release of The Last of Us being an exception).

      I thought he said 3rd too…

Aaah man! I’m still working on Origins and with the rate that’s going I won’t need Legends until somewhere between Christmas 2016 and 2017. 🙂 I have too many games and too little time.
