Tyler Olthoff is a 24 year old who has been gaming since he can remember. In love with almost all types of games, the only type he can't stand (and that's probably because he sucks at it) is fighting games. His favorite genres would have to be shooters, RPGs, and adventure games. He owns almost every new system out there including PS4, PS3, XB1, PSVita and the 3DS, but barely plays any of them as it's mainly his good old Vita getting the attention!

Nice with a podcast! I’ll be listening for sure, but I hope you have good microphones.

    • Brian Sharon

      Thank you Lord Henrik.

  • Pablo Nilo

hey guys.. this is Pablo from Toronto… great podcast.. as a vita fan i can’t wait to hear more… hopefully weekly?… in any case.. a couple of things… i for one think that it’s a good idea to change up uncharted for the vita… but instead of changing the protagonist it would be cool to see young Drake from uncharted 3… it would be great to play him sort of like young indiana jones… as for uncharted 3 on ps plus.. it is the full campaign you can play but you do need to download the multiplayer first.(i know.. they made it a bit complicated)

    • André Rocha

Damn man, haven’t thought of that before and you know what it’s actually a great idea to explore young Nate adventures (not only pick pocketing) before got “caught” by Sully. The scrip had to be very well written though which isn’t easy but I could buy this game easily 🙂

    • Brian Sharon

      Hey Pablo,

First let me say thank you for your kind words. The podcast will indeed be weekly.

Also as the resident Torontonian here at TVL I’m glad to see that we have fans in the GTA.

  • André Rocha

I loved the custom sound effects *giggles* it was a good podcast and I’m sure now that you’ve lost the virginity with podcast *cough* next time will be even better 😉

  • XtemmA2

any plan to add a download button for vita browser? cheers. (my only headphones is the vita official in-ear headset. lol)

  • guadzillah

I loved the podcast!! I can’t wait to hear more about my favorite console.

  • ruefrak

Great podcast. I’m really looking forward to next week’s show. It’s great to finally have a place where the Vita is the main topic of conversation.

    • Yes we have been wanting to bring a vita centered cast for awhile and we’re very happy to be the ones doing this! Thanks for listening 😀

      • ruefrak

Any chance you’ll get the podcast onto a service that will allow me to subscribe and get it on my phone? I tend to listen to most of podcasts while on the go, but for you guys, I made an exception. I’d love to be able to listen in my car instead of my computer. Keep up the great work.

        • Brian Sharon

We are working on getting the podcast put onto other services, stay tuned as we should have an announcement about it in the near future.

        • ITunes is hopefully coming soon. If you have an android I know there’s a soundcloud app that you can use to listen to us on a mobile device in the meantime. Thanks for making the exception hopefully we get on iTunes asap! 😀

          • ruefrak

I’d love to have it as an RSS feed. Maybe through FeedBurner or something. I find I can always get my podcasts quicker that way without having to wait for iTunes to update their catalog. I’ll take whatever you can give though. Thanks.

          • Kyle Wakeling

Due to bandwidth restrictions, having it on an RSS feed isn’t possible at this time. As Tyler said, we’re looking into more delivery methods and will keep you guys updated.

  • Good job guys. Very well organized and the content flowed along nicely.

    • Thanks for listening hope you keep checking back every week! 😀

    • Brian Sharon

      Thank you fine sir.

  • Lester Paredes

Nice cast, fellas! Keep ’em coming!

    • Brian Sharon

      You are a gentleman Mr.Paredes.

  • Magnumstache

You do a great job in championing the Vita (which has an appalling lack of coverage), and the podcast is a welcome addition.

It’d be nice if, eventually, you could have a discussion topic on the podcast which your readers/listeners could contribute to by e-mail in the lead up. For example have people send in the game they’d most like to see on Vita, with the best read out and discussed on the podcast.

    Keep up the good work,

  • WhyWai

wow, never realised vita lounge has a plan for podcast. downloading now. thank you

    • hope you enjoy it! thanks for taking the time to listen.

    Been waiting ages

  • Lights

I’ve been waiting ages for someone to do a Vita podcast again. Any chance of putting it on iTunes Podcasts?

    • Kyle Wakeling

      Hey Lights,

We’re working on getting it out via all available delivery methods, though we’ve got some logistics to work out beforehand (due to internal issues with submission).

We’ll keep you updated as we expand our delivery avenues as we’d like everyone to be able to listen via their method of choice.

  • Mark

Hi Guys, do i have to create an account so soundcloud before i can listen in? it said “404 – Oops, we couldn’t find that sound”.

Thank you very much! Looking forward to a great podcast!

    • Kyle Wakeling

Sorry, we’ve fixed it so that you can listen once again. Thanks for letting us know it didn’t work.

      • Mark

        Ohh, thank’s for fixing it!
