Namco Bandai are clearly looking to keep players invested in God Eater 2 as they have announced that they will be continuing to support the title with free monthly DLC. The monthly updates will bring a multitude of content including new quests, holiday themed attire, partnerships with other franchises, as well as the prototypical patches to gameplay.

This is certainly great news for those looking to dive into the title, although no specifics have been reported regarding the duration of the attention.

God Eater 2 has a Japanese release date of November 14 2013.

Taking a page from Soul Sacrifice’s book, hmm? Not a bad idea at all.

They did the same with the first. Unfortunately, not all the DLC made it west.

Nice news! I’m far more interested in this game making it west than a MH port.
