Falcom has just released a patch for the Japanese version of Ys: Memories of Celceta, part of the change-log indicating they’ve modified the game for the PlayStation Vita TV.

Previously, Ys: Memories of Celceta required you to use touch prompts for activation of certain prompts – they’ve modified this to better support button-based input (and thus support the PSVita TV). The¬†patch also happens to improve draw processing speed.

Memories of Celceta is due out November 26th in North America, with NIS America bringing the game to Europe at a later date.

Nice! I hope they all decide to make their games PS Vita TV compatible. I mean, it can’t be that hard to patch in an alternate control scheme, is it?
