According to reports, Sega have scheduled Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F 2nd to launch on March 6, 2014 in Japan for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita.
The reveal will reportedly be ousted in the latest issue of Dengeki PlayStation Magazine this Thursday. Unnamed sources close to the publication confirmed the release date and also claim to have an early copy of the game.
While we have known since it was announced in July that Project Diva F 2nd was to release in spring, it looks as though the release date may have been in front of us all-along based upon some interesting translations by KarbyP of SGCafe;
“Previously, Sega had said that Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F 2nd would launch in Spring of 2014, so the March 6 date is no surprise. Especially given that the “Miku” in “Hatsune Miku” can be represented in numerals by the number 39 (read in Japanese as “Miku”), the launch of new Hatsune Miku games in the Spring tend to be around the March 9 date”.
Unfortunately there is still no news regarding a Western release of the rhythmic title, but hope remains as Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F recently found its way outside of Japan.
