Developers Nihon Falcom have bolstered the PlayStation Vita’s JRPG library today as Ys: Memories of Celceta is now available in North America.

Over the past week publisher XSeed has ramped-up their promotion of the now released title by unveiling daily gamplay trailers featuring Duren, Karna, Ozma, Calilica and Frieda. The string of character-focused videos offered fans an early insight as to the workings of the game’s combat.

Ys: Memories of Celceta is available now in North America for the price of $39.99 exclusively on PlayStation Vita. Additionally for the collectors there is also a limited Silver Anniversary Edition available for $59.99  that includes a host of exclusive memorabilia relating to the Ys series.

Here is the Launch Trailer:

now the wait begins, i hope they send it via airmail, if so i could be happy and it would be here tomorow/the day after tomorow since the nearest international airport is only like 45 minutes away from me

Don’t feel bad. I have to wait till Friday a.k.a. payday before I get my copy. But rest assured, come Black Friday, this game will be mine! Eh, at least the wait is almost over which is good. I’ve been waiting for this one long enough!

Maybe I’ll be lucky enough to score a collectors edition. I would love to have the 3CD soundtrack.

I’ve got the game, and it’s a lot of fun so far. It feels a lot like Ys Seven with the interface and the combat system.

  • Aaron

    Cant wait to get this!

  • Lester Paredes

Oh, I want to play, but I has no money. Curse you lack of money!
