Atlus has revealed more details, and screenshots of their upcoming rhythmic Persona spin-off, Persona 4: Dancing All Night.
According information put forth by Japanese publication 4Gamer, the plot of Persona 4: Dancing All Night will revolve around the curious disappearance of a group of “junior idols” who are transported to the “Mayo Naka Stage” after viewing a strange video on television. An S.O.S. has been issued and it’s up to Yu Narukami – and the Special Investigation Branch – to enter the other side in order to battle demons and save the distraught celebrities.
Additionally some more information was revealed about the P4D’s soundtrack. Featuring more 30 tracks of new, and fan favourite songs; the music of Persona 4: Dancing All Night will be a heavy focal point for the upcoming title.
Lastly a host of brand-new screenshots were also unveiled that showcase the graphics and gameplay of the rhythmic-action title. Even when compared to the improved visuals found in Persona 4: Golden, it’s clear that P4D is a major step up for the series. Furthermore familiar characters Hero, Rise, and new Junior Idol “Risechi” take center stage in the images.
Persona 4: Dancing All Night is scheduled for a Fall 2014 release in Japan.
