Sony have just announced a PlayStation Vita “Welcome Box” for Japan, the bundle including a Wi-Fi PSVita, an 8GB memory card, USB cable, charger,  power cord, a strap, a cleaning cloth, a pouch and a voucher for Music Unlimited. As a bit of a bonus (depending on your perspective), demos for God Eater 2, Soul Sacrifice Delta and Terraria will be also included, alongside a number of free-to-play games such as Dragon’s Dogma Quest, Joysound.TV Plus and Power Pro Stadium.

The “Welcome Box” bundle will cost 20,454 yen (~$195 US) and releases March 6th in Japan.

That’s a pretty nice bundle. Sony should have launched with this.

This would make for a nice care package to a loved one. You can use it as a way to evangelize others into converting to Vita fans. xD

Thats a good deal for new folks interested.

  • That’s pretty nice. Though I still like the fact that they bundled the 2000 with the 64 GB Memory Card, this really shows a lot.
