Tecmo Koei has confirmed that the western release of PlayStation Vita exclusive, Toukiden: The Age of Demons, will be preceded by a soon-to-be released demo.

North American users will be able to download the demo tomorrow after the PlayStation Store updates, whereas those in Europe will have to wait until January 29th. The file size of the demo is 996mb, and all saved-progress will continue into the full release.

News of the demo’s impending release broke initially via a tweet by Tecmo Koei Europe, and was later affirmed  by a post on Koei’s official Facebook page.

Facebook seems to be a popular avenue for the Japanese publisher to distribute information as it was less than a week ago that Koei also revealed via the social network that the North American and European versions of  The Age of Demons would come sporting only an English localization.

Toukiden: The Age of Demons is currently available in Japan, but will release in North America on February 11th, and in Europe on February 14th.
