Antihero Badman will make his handheld return when No Heroes Allowed: No Puzzles Either! drops for PlayStation Vita this coming Spring.

The fifth, and latest entry in the No Heroes Allowed series will arrive in the form of a free-to-play match-three puzzle game.

According to a post on the Official PlayStation Blog by Tomoyo Kimura of International Software Development at SCEA, combining the franchise’s staple humour and 8-bit art, players will use evil and destructive powers to defeat over 200 odd heroes across 64 levels.  Moreover as heroes bend to your whim they will become slaves to your dungeon, where they will provide labour for you and unearth power ups in the game’s mines.

Additionally a crafting system will be available in Badman’s Lair, a place where you can combine select monsters, heroes and items to manufacture a greater army.

No official release date has been detailed as of yet.

Looks cool. I love the idea behind it. Like Dungeon Keeper meets Bejeweled. I hope they announce a release date soon!

I really enjoyed the PSM game which was absolutely excellent – just hoping f2p does not ruin this one. After paying £4.?? for the PSM title I can’t say I will be spending any money on IAP. If it were released as a normal game I would buy on day one though.
