Japanese developer Natsume is bringing Bust-a-Move 4 (Puzzle Bobble in Japan) to PlayStation Vita this Spring.

Bust-a-Move 4 is coming to PlayStation Vita with eight playable modes. These include Puzzle Mode, Versus Mode and Edit Mode; the latter of which allows you can create your own stages (up to a maximum of 25).

Here’s what the CEO of Natsume Inc. Hiro Maekawa had to say about the announcement;

“Bust-a-Move 4 was a very successful and popular title, and fans have been asking for a re-release for years […] We were very happy to bring this classic back to new systems as a digital download!”

That’s all we’ve got for now as no screenshots or additional information has been released.

Stay tuned to TVL for more information in the future.

    Cool! One of favorite color matching puzzlers of all time. Localization would seem to be a no brainer.

      From how it reads, this is an announcement of the localized version – it’s called Puzzle Bobble in Japan and would likely be referred to as such if talking about a Japanese release.

        It’s been said that “reading is fundamental”.
        Clearly I was AWOL when that lesson was being taught! Wonder how I missed that?

        Thanx for the info Kyle.

    I’ve got so much memories with this game, had the PC release. Really looking forward to this on my Vita. Hype!
