The first two episodes of The Walking Dead: Season 2 are set to hit the PlayStation Store with next week’s update.

It’s been a while since we’ve seen The Walking Dead, the first season releasing as a package with the 400 Days DLC included back in August – now though, we Vita owners are back and ready for these first episodes of season two.

Releasing April 22nd n North America and April 23rd in Europe, each episode is set to cost $4.99, £3.99 or €4.99 depending on your currency – though you can save 20% by getting the Season Pass instead of buying them individually. With releasing these together, Vita players have the chance to catch up before the debut of the next episode; Episode 3 – ‘In Harm’s Way’.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated, as it looks like the Vita versions might be getting launch day treatment starting with the next episode – an idea which sounds good to me as I’m not very fond of having to avoid spoilers.

It’d be nice if they could keep a regular schedule for these episodes, though. When I beat a chapter, I want to go straight to the next. I might just wait for all the episodes to come out, personally.
