I almost hesitate to bring this one out of rumour status, however it seems as if Sony themselves have confirmed our suspicions.

Almost three weeks ago I posted a rumour about the Ratchet & Clank Trilogy, based off a listing on the popular retailer website ShopTo; now it seems as if a listing on one of Sony’s own websites have confirmed that rumour.

This is the listing that appears on 100x100playstation.it (an Italian Sony-owned website);

It’s not detailed, it’s not pretty, and it doesn’t have a cover image – however the fact that it’s even posted on their website is a tell in and of itself. The release date listed is July 2nd, which is a proper release day for Europe (a Wednesday) and carries a price of 30.99 Euros which is also quite plausible. I’m not saying either of those details are correct (I’ve seen placeholders on official websites before) however I doubt they’d be able to get away with listing rumoured titles.

That’s all we’ve got for now, but as usual if you keep those browsers on TVL we’ll be sure to update you as we get more information.

    Day 1 if true

  • Lester Paredes

Insta-buy if true. I will go to the store right now.

But i’m still mad about the PSP/PS1 download ‘glitch but not really a glitch because that’s how it’s supposed to work’ thing.

same with these guys 🙂 I’d love to have it, so day 1!

Its a good chance that the rumor is true. They already brought half of the hd collection. The only one is missing is Ratchet & Clank, GoW Origin, & Ico/Shadow of Colossus (which I feel they will also bring one day soon).

    • KeeseToast

Ico would be awesome on PSVita, but Shadow of the Collosus should be played on the big screen

      • fatdog21

I’ve played Shadow of the Collosus using remote play and it wasnt that bad.

        • KeeseToast

How was it? The best thing on SotC was that you feel so small compared to those huge giants, can the Vita deliver the same experince as a TV-Screen?

          • fatdog21

The good was that they gave u the option to customize your controls which made it a whole lot better. As far as how it looks being on a the vita screen it holds up really well.

    • Kurisu Makise

I see no reason for GoW Origin as it’s playale on PSN no? But Shadow of the Colossus and Ico, if they can make those monsters run on Vita at stable 30FPS, that’d be godlike.

      • fatdog21

You might be right about GoW Origins (even though I wish they would). But I think Ico & Shadow of Colossus can have a stable 30 fps.

        • Kurisu Makise

I think it’s possible, more so for Ico than SoC but I’m quietly praying for both. Like really praying!

Me too. Those are some awesome games. Even though I never got the chance to finish neither I would love a second chance to compete them.
