The Australian Classification Board has rated Atelier Rorona Plus: The Alchemist of Arland for release, a sign that a release in English lies in the game’s near future.

Apparently New Atelier Rorona becomes Atelier Rorona Plus as it makes the transition to English – which would actually make sense based on the naming scheme of the past enhanced PlayStation Vita releases. Atelier Rorona Plus will be the third release to make its way West out of Japan, with only Atelier Ayesha left un-localized.

While the appearance on a classification board is in no way actual confirmation of Atelier Rorona Plus for Vita, it’s a pretty good sign – especially considering the way these things tend to play out and the history of the series’ localization.

Keep tuned to The Vita Lounge for more on the Atelier Series as news develops.

It’s actually not the OFLC any more. ACB.

  • This is where I”m glad I haven’t finished or done much with Atelier Meruru and Totori Plus. Since Rorona is technically the first of the series, chronologically.

Yes! I just picked up Meruru on that Golden Week sale. Can’t wait for this one. Hopefully, we’ll be notified of a release date, instead of it just appearing in the store like Totori did.
