The PSN charts for May 2014 have been posted on both the US (North American) and EU PlayStation Blogs.

New entries from the month have fared well for the most part, with Soul Sacrifice Delta, the God of War Collection and Borderlands 2 making it in both regions. North America saw the addition of Monster Monpiece as well, while Europe brought Conception II in at #20.

It looks like despite the odd price point, digital only shackles, and massive footprint on one’s memory card: Soul Sacrifice Delta was a hit. I’m glad, because I was thinking that abysmal sales would have tanked a true sequel. Here’s hoping that it’s sales stay strong.

When Ubisoft said AC 4 – Freedom Cry was going to be a standalone game, I asked them to release it as an AC: L sequel for the PlayStation Vita.
Here’s hoping that maybe..just maybe they’re listening to the fact Vita gamers (still) care about their half-baked AC: L Vita game and that will make them consider a future Vita title.
