The PlayStation Now open beta is coming to Canada and the US on July 31st, with the Vita getting support for the service soon after.

Announced during the PlayStation Conference at E3, the PlayStation Now service is going open beta on PlayStation 4 July 31st, with PlayStation Vita support for the service coming soon after.

For those not in the know, PlayStation Now is Sony’s re-imagining of the Gaikai service – bringing streaming PlayStation 3 games to PlayStation 4, Vita and other devices to spread the gaming love. It’s currently in closed beta (and has been for a while), but seems to be progressing well towards a final, stable product.

We’ll have more on PlayStation Now as it becomes available – for now just be glad they’re thinking of us Vita owners. 😉
