Dungeon Travelers 2, the dungeon crawler spinoff of the ToHeart series, is being ported to the PlayStation Vita by Aquaplus.

The Vita version will feature a 3D map and 20 extra heroines that were not present in the PSP original.  The only downside to this is that all of the extra characters will be additional DLC. All of the downloadable characters have cheat code type properties which will see them earn double experience points and increase the likelihood of you receiving rare items.

These extra heroines will be familiar to those that played ToHeart2, and have been reworked so that they can utilise all of the features in Dungeon Travelers 2. These characters will also feature newly recorded Field Event Voices.

We are told that these characters can be purchased individually at a cost of 200 yen each, or you can purchase all 20 for 1,500 yen.

Set to release in Japan on September 25th, keep an eye on The Vita Lounge for further details as we receive them. Until next time, why not take a look at the screens for Dungeon Travelers 2 below?

It’s times like this that I wish Japanese games were made with some western dub/text in their region for importers. French, Spanish, English I honestly don’t care so long as somebody on this end gets a chance to import it.
