The PSN charts for July 2014 have been posted on both the US (North American) and EU PlayStation Blogs.

The Ratchet & Clank Collection and One Piece: Unlimited World Red hit the charts in Europe with their new releases, with both North America seeing Rogue Legacy chart despite releasing right at the end of the month. The only new title to chart in both regions was Child of Light – which according to Charlie definitely deserves it.

It looks like NA gamers only buy things on sale lol.

    • chava

of all of those the only one I can remember to be on sale is the lego one and batman had a price drop a long time ago. and the only new title on eu not on us is r&c trilogy on #13 as compare to the top 10 in us. although most of the titles on eu were actually on sale recently werent they?

Not sure on the EU side. Injustice was on sale, as was LEGO Marvel in NA. If a game was apart of PS+ I kinda tend to ignore sales on it so I’m not sure on some of the others.
Rogue Legacy & Child of Light are up there and those are new releases for NA. Will be fun to see August’s numbers after these crazy upcoming weeks.

  • I contributed to this 😀 Child of Light <3

Also, didn't expect LEGO Marvel to be that high in the list. Kudos to people ignoring the differences and enjoying it anyways.

Final Fantasy making the top of the list I can see, Batman making the top caught me off guard.

It would be interesting if you could show the discounts a title has received with and without Plus during the month.
Ie batman reduced 75% for 14 days.
This would help give better understanding of the charts. New games seem low because of the sales on other titles boosting sales. I think there’s a lot TVL could do to make yourselves the net’s absolutely definitive place for these charts.
As is they are interesting but a bit meaningless. You must have a maths guy on staff?
