PlayStation Strategic Content Speaker confirms Vita port via Twitter.
Back in February Papers, Please developer Lucas Pope revealed that he was interested in bringing his border patrol simulator to Sony’s Handheld. Yesterday, Sony announced a console port of the game, with the Vita version later confirmed by PlayStation Strategic Content Speaker Shahid Kamal Ahmad via Twitter. No details regarding a potential release date were mentioned.
Released initially for Windows and OS X in August 2013, the game puts the players in the shoes of an immigration officer, who is plagued daily as to who to let into the fictional country of Arstotzka, and who to send packing. The game raises ethical and moral questions for the player throughout, with certain decisions leading to different consequences.
