Get to know the cast of Freedom Wars a little bit better and the western locations where you’ll be battling The Abductors .

It’s now under a week before the highly anticipated action RPG makes its debut in the west. North America will finally get its hands on the machine crushing title on October 28th, before its release on Halloween in Europe. Ahead of the release, we’ve had details revealed regarding characters you will encounter within the game as well as information regarding the Panopticons for the Western Release.

So lets have a look at Freedom Wars colourful cast:

  • Aries

A mysterious character, whose true motive are unknown. She seems to have all the answers for the titles main character, but can she be trusted?

  • Natalia “9” Woo

Uwe brings the muscle, and is a seasoned warrior as well as a veteran prisoner. He is respected throughout society for his achievements on the battlefield.

  • Mattias “Leo” Bruno

Mattias considers himself your rival, even though he is an inexperienced prisoner. Luckily he has an honesty personality and is always willing to lend a hand.

Considered dangerous, Abel is an extremely strong prisoner who controls one of the “Three Prototype”Abductors – Red Rage.

  • Fed

Wooo hooo! Which Panopticon will you all represent? 🙂 For me, it will be either London or Tokyo!

    • gRANT

      New York!

  • Phelan

Love character design! Especially Lilium and Strafe.

Bit sad about panopticons, kinda bad choice in my humble opinion. (just opinion)

2 for Canada and 2 for Australia is kinda weird. The same can be said about Scandinavian Panopticons… there is no really any good reason for having Panopticon for each of those countries + Finland because the population of that region is kinda low. Only 1 for China is really weird. 2 for Russia when it is way bigger than Canada or Australia and has way more citizens (around 150kk? guessing). And Iceland got one… when it has just 300k people. But what really hurts me is lack of Panopticons for Eastern Europe. There is Romania but it is south-eastern Europe and it is counted rather to Balkans.

East Europe and Baltic Countries have 0. I kinda hoped for at least one 🙁

Frankly speaking I don’t know where I will go… Kinda don’t have any place to go. Probably will end up joining Berlin.

  • gRANT

I really think they should’ve made the panopticons be countries in this version, would’ve made a lot more people happy since it doesn’t seem fair that some counties have more than one panopticon .

  • Ichigo Yoite

I’m from Germany but I hate Berlin with passion so the best choice for me is definitely Paris!

  • dayum1

    Hype! HYPE!

  • Nobodyouknow3

Manila, Philippines all the way! 😀

    • Alex Jones

Oh I just love that song when I heard it I guess…

      • Nobodyouknow3

Lol! I know I’m not the only Filipino gamer out there.

  • Alex Jones

    I will join Beijing…whoops, not listed…
    ***Awkward Facial Expression***

    Hong Kong then 😉

…Hmm,kinda apt…maybe HK’s inclusion and the other’s abscence was inspired by the current events…
