The upcoming RPG developed by Eden Industries, previously set for a November release has been pushed back.

The publisher Atlus has announced Citizens of Earth will now launch on all platforms January 20th, still going for $15/€12 as we previously heard. And if you have no idea what Citizens of Earth is:

[quote_box_center]Citizens of Earth is an RPG that places you in the shoes of the Vice President of the World! He’s a classic bureaucrat: charming, charismatic, but practically useless. Being the bureaucrat you are, you don’t actually want to get your hands dirty. Thus you go about using your charisma to recruit normal townsfolk to help you investigate and fight your battles for you.[/quote_box_center]

A new batch of screenshots also came packaged with this news:

Let’s hope this is the final delay until we can finally play Citizens of Earth.

Aww, poop. I was hoping to play this soon. Oh well.

THANK YOU ATLUS, for doing the right thing and not forcing this indie game to compete with AAA releases during the holiday season. Nice move 🙂
