A PlayStation Vita adaptation of 5pb’s Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend is coming, titled Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend – Blessing Flowers.

Due out this Spring, Saekano puts you in the shoes of series protagonist Tomoya Aki – taking on an original storyline which still happens to revolve around his journey to produce a doujin game of his own.

Over the course of the game you’ll have to raise heroines by recommending light novels, anime, and video games that mesh well with their personalities and tastes. A good match in this aspect can result in some one-on-one information gathering sessions (which probably sounds dirtier than it actually is), so you’ll have to pay attention and pick carefully.

Also revealed is the tendency to run into other heroines while you’re out and about, in turn provoking arguments that you as the player would then have to resolve; based on your choices here, the plot can diverge – creating a new path for you to explore.

That’s all for now, but we’ll be sure to update you with new information on Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend – Blessing Flowers as it becomes available.

    And people moan Western games are misogynistic! Haha, I would LOVE to see this localised just to read Eurogamer crying their eyes out and suffocating due to getting their panties in more of a twist than anyone in history.

      Oh no he used the “M” word! Actually I would just love for this game to get localized period. Unless more Visual Novels show up on Vita, I’ll have to depend purely on Sekai Project for the PC localizations 🙁

    This actually sounds like a really fun game! Just the sort of thing I’ve been craving to play lately, too. But I can’t afford an import game anytime soon… ==;
