There’s something satisfying about LEGO titles. I know we don’t get the same versions of the game as appears on the home consoles, and there are seemingly simplified for the handheld market but they are usually always quite enjoyable whilst they last and offer some great fan service, so I always look forward to hearing when the next ones are coming and what they will be but nothing prepared me for todays announcement by Warner Bros. Games.
Three new titles were announced today, with LEGO Marvel’s Avengers, LEGO Jurassic World and a new LEGO Ninjago title titled Shadow on Ronan which will all land on the PS Vita.
LEGO Jurassic World will follow the plots from the first three Jurassic Park films as well as the storyline from the fourth film due out later this year, and the game will launch in June.
LEGO Marvel’s Avengers is based on the films from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with the Joss Wheydon’s Avengers and the highly anticipated Age of Ultron as the source. Due out in the autumn you get to play as some of the most powerful superheroes as you bid to save humanity.
LEGO Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin is based on an untold story of the LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu TV show. Using their Spinjitzu abilities, players can unleash their Ninja’s elemental power to smash their way through enemies and solve puzzles and will be out in March.
We will bring you more news on these games as we have it, but how do you feel about these games? I for one am very excited for Marvel’s Avengers but I think Jurassic park could be cool too! Let us know what you think!
