Tecmo Koei has announced a PlayStation Vita Power Up Kit version of Nobunaga’s Ambition: Creation, set to release on May 28th in Japan.

This version of the game includes a Power Up Kit add-on that contains brand-new content, alongside touchscreen and camera support. With the camera, you’ll even be able to use your own captured image as a warlord avatar.

Take a look at some of the new screenshots;

Nobunaga’s Ambition: Creation is a turned based RPG set in the Sengoku period of Feudal Japan, with the ultimate goal being to attain the conquest and merger of Japan. It’s set to retail for 8,800 yen, but will be available digitally for 7,619 yen if the cheaper price is more enticing than the cart/case.

Since there is currently no word on a Western or European release, do you have any plans on importing the Power Up Kit version of Nobunaga’s Ambition: Creation?

    No. It strikes me as a game that you’d need to actually understand. I mean, it sounds interesting, but not if I can’t read the text.

      Ditto. Wouldn’t be surprised to see this make it to the west as there have been others in the series that have.
