Blazblue: Chrono Phantasma Extend’s fully-animated opening cutscene has arrived for your viewing pleasure.

To capture the opening’s tone, “Blue Desire” by Japanese singer Faylan was used. And Production I.G, an animation studio with a history of producing Blazblue content, has come back to take the helm.

Blazblue: Chrono Phantasma Extend releases next month in Japan on April 23rd, and this Summer in North America.

Cool. I think this’ll be the next fighting game I’ll get into. As much as I love Injustice, there’s never anyone playing that online. And there’s only so much I can play against the computer. I should probably start practicing with Crono Phantasma now.

If you’re worried about online community don’t get this, online will die pretty quick since it’s not cross play. I’d go with skullgirls, imo a much better game and since its cross play it’ll have a way bigger online community.
