According to this Amazon listing it may very well be.

Terraria is a game similar to Minecraft in which you explore, mine, build, and repeat. Although very different from Minecraft it’s still a fantastic game to have. I reviewed it at the end of 2013 giving it a 4.8 out of 5.

Also of note Amazon is showing that it will be coming June 2nd, and being that that’s a Tuesday makes it an even better chance at being real.

Is this something you need or want? Maybe collectors out there would love this, or perhaps its another Minecraft scenario with a voucher in a box. Let us know in the comments below and we at The Vita Lounge will keep you posted.

Tyler Olthoff is a 24 year old who has been gaming since he can remember. In love with almost all types of games, the only type he can't stand (and that's probably because he sucks at it) is fighting games. His favorite genres would have to be shooters, RPGs, and adventure games. He owns almost every new system out there including PS4, PS3, XB1, PSVita and the 3DS, but barely plays any of them as it's mainly his good old Vita getting the attention!

Been listed for a while by UK retailers with a 22nd of May release date too. I think physical is definitely happening.

GameStop and Play-Asia have had this listed for some time as well, so I think we can say this is probably happening. I definitely hope this is an actual game and not just a voucher in a box, especially since I’m skipping out on the game in the current flash sale for the possibility of a physical copy.

I trust that this will be an actual physical game if it happens. If I’m not mistaken, a physical copy of Child of Light just released or is soon to be released in the States. Maybe a handful of western publishers have taken notice of the modest success that the Japanese have had with physical Vita releases on our shores. If so, it’s a trend I really could learn to live with.

Let’s just do it from the get go, rather than a year after initial release… DUUHHH!
