Late last year we brought you news that a new To Love-Ru game would be coming to Japan – today, we finally have a Japanese release date.

According to Siliconera the new entry into the series releases in Japan on November 5th, with a limited edition version of the game (including a limited illustration package, a Momo and Mea blanket, and alternative cover art for each of the 11 girls) set to be available for 8,980 yen.

Along with this release news, new details on Trouble Darkness have also been given. The game features character Rito, who has lost his memories in a certain incident. He doesn’t remember anything since meeting Lala, and the game will feature the various girls showing their affection for him.

First-print copies of the game will feature DLC that allows players to see through each of the girls’ clothes with a “special pervert’s goggle” – so order quick if that’s something that tickles your fancy. 😉

… So no possible chance of this ever coming out West huh?

    • Nonscpo

It’s a licensed game, so probably no 🙁

      • Kaboom

I meant that in the sense that To Love-Ru games never come out anywhere other than Japan, and it’s apparently so borderline H it might as well be H.

        • Nonscpo

          It’s certainly ecchi (17+) but isn’t Hentai (18+) a bit much?

          • Kaboom

With the stuff that goes on in To Love-Ru? It’s so ecchi it might as well be H. Like Kagaku na Yatsura.

          • Nonscpo

I still think that comparing it to anything 18+ is a bit much, especially if you’v ever played an eroge or a nukige. Not that it matters, cause what will end up holding this game back will be the licensing issues.

Pervert goggles? Where was this miraculous item when I was in high school?

      Lol!
