The two announced at BitSummit 2015 that they’re bringing “love adventure” game Muse: Together is the New Alone to PlayStation Vita.
Multimedia artist Baiyon (of PixelJunk Eden and PixelJunk 4am fame) and Pygmy Studio (who ported La Mulana to Vita) have announced today that they’ll be bringing their new title Muse: Together is the New Alone to PlayStation Vita (and PS4) sometime in the future.
“A young girl lays in a never-ending slumber…
One day, a boy finds notes and paintings belonging to the sleeping girl. Guided by these tokens he sets off on an adventure in the hopes of awakening her once again.”
This is the premise for the title, which is centred around the theme of “unrequited love.”
Featuring a unique art style (a blend of pixel art and watercolor paintings) combined with a “melancholic, electronic” soundtrack and some Japanese adventure game inspiration, you’ll have a mind-bendingly good time finding new environments, solving colourful puzzles and meeting the unique creatures contained within.
Are you ready to go on a crazy adventure?
No release date has been announced for Muse: Together is the New Alone, but we’ll be sure to update you as this one develops further. 😉
