Ever wanted to play as the spider that bit Peter Parker? Well, you still can’t do that, but in Spider: Rite of the Shrouded Moon you can still play as a spider.
As this spider, you can jump, walk on walls, make threads with your gross silk and many other spider things. In fact, you can even catch insects with your webs! Rite of the Shrouded Moon is very realistic.
And speaking of realism, it’ll be taken to the next level. If you’re in a bus or a car playing your Vita and it starts raining, expect the same to happen in-game. Same goes for day and night time, which is essential to exploring the abandoned estate covered with puzzles and mystery.
Check out the trailer below;
During the night, certain insects will appear – like months circling lights. Mosquitoes will even come out when it rains, and a hornets nest may appear during a sunny day. The weather will even dictate whether or not a puzzle is solvable, like being able to walk up a water spout or not.
Spider: Rite of the Shrouded Moon is packed with 30 levels, leaderboards and much, much more – and is supposedly “Coming Soon” to a Vita near you.
