In the latest news for the upcoming Yoru No Nai Kuni (Land of No Night) we learn about one of Arnath’s new forms and also meet a few of the Servan’s that will be helping her out throughout the game.

Arnath’s ‘Armor Form’ is distinguishable as she has a giant left arm. The power that can be produced from this arm can cause almost all of Arnath’s enemies to fly away – so it’s probably not a good idea to go for a friendly handshake or hi-five whilst she is in this form!

Although you may think that the Armor Form is all about power, the reality is that this form is well-balanced in both attack and defence. It has a ‘Crack Blow’ ability that can knock out enemies, and this form also increases Arnath’s defence.

The Armor Form’s special attack is also a good way of getting rid of the enemies that surround Arnath, unleashing a powerful blow that will give enemies a hit from her left arm.

In addition to the Armor Form we get a look at some of the Servans that will be available in-game;

Carrier Cat (Tricky-type) – A support-type Servan that can open nearby treasure, even during combat. It also has the ability to increase the movement speed of the other nearby Servans.

Bronze Fang (Attacker-type) – Bronze Fang is blessed with high abilities and power. It has the ability to lower the enemy’s attack. While it may be a confident and powerful Servan, it occasionally shows a bit of a playful side by pretending to be a statue.

Steel Hades (Attacker-type) – This Servan specializes in powerful attacks. It has a repertoire of close, mid, and long-ranged attacks, making it one of the best offensive Servans to have around.

Finally, we get a look at a first-generation Saint who once sealed away the Lord of Night. After her death, her purpose was handed over to the church. Each time the seal of the Lord of the Night weakens a new Saint is elected.

This Saint shows up in front of Arnath looking alive as ever, with her purpose in the game still remaining a mystery!
