10tons have announced their next project and have also revealed that it will be making it’s way to PlayStation Vita in early 2016.

Neon Chrome is a twin stick shooter that boasts an unlimited amount of procedurally generated levels, blasting through enemies in several unique locations including Research Labs, residential areas and warehouses. Check out a trailer of the game in action below.

    Twin stick shooters have been a dime a dozen on Vita. Luckily, they’ve been mostly good, fun games. I only mention this because it’ll have to do a bit more than just your typical twin stickery to differentiate itself from the likes of Geometry Wars 3, Dead Nation, Hell Divers, Hotline Miami and the upcoming Android Assault Cactus. 10tons sure got it’s work cut out for it! I wish them luck.

      That pretty much sums up how I feel. I live for twins, but there have been so many of excellent quality released recently, I’m pretty much good to go. Unless it’s really impressive, I may take a pass on this one.
