Sony may have revealed Ikenie to Yuki no Setsuna at their SCEJA Press Conference 2015, but the majority of details about the game come courtesy of Famitsu.
According to the magazine, the game will bring a bit of nostalgia for ‘90s RPG fans – evoking feelings and memories of Dragon Quest, Final Fantasy and Chrono Trigger – and is around 60% complete.
The game’s events and battles will have a top-down perspective, while the battle system has the ATB system like other Square Enix titles. It also won’t have any screen changes, allowing you to travel and battle seamlessly.
