Bandai Namco Games have revealed that the next Digimon game Digimon World: Next Order will have a unique battle system that will allow players to take control of two Digimon at once.
As a Digimon Tamer, you’ll need to teach your two Digimon to co-operate with one another, and in turn they’ll both work together controlled by AI in order to defeat your enemies.
As well as working together Digimon will also be able to attack individually as well as defending the other Digimon should it run into trouble.
The L and R buttons will allow players to switch between Digimon so that you can monitor and control their actions as well as use items on them using the Triangle button or change their tactics by pressing the Square button.
Digimon Story: Next Order is due to release on PlayStation Vita in Japan in 2016 and we’ll be sure to keep you updated on the game leading up to it’s release.
