The troubled crowdfunded spiritual successor to Mega Man, Mighty No.9has received a new action packed trailer showcasing many of the game play elements and revealing it’s boss rush mode.

Mighty No. 9  is scheduled to hit consoles in February 2016 with a Vita launch set for Later in 2016, we’ll bring word of a concrete Vita release date as we get it.

    Oh, I hope it’s good. After all the hooplah, all the ups and downs and crazy shenanigans, it would be awesome if the game just blows you away where it counts: gameplay. Here’s hoping.

      One thing is a game created by someone who came out of nowhere, an other thing is a game created by a former Capcom developer. This difference is reflected on the price.
      I believe we’re looking at a $39,99 Megaman based clone here.

    What crowdfunded game hasn’t had it’s share of issues? Project Phoenix for example is in a state of limbo. I visited their site a few weeks ago and saw they had put out an open call for programmers so they could actually make some progress in coding the game. A significant chunk of the people they had slated for the job are stuck on other projects. It’s quite a mess actually.
