Hot on the heels of a new teaser site going live yesterday it looks like God Eater: Resurrection has been trademarked by Bandai Namco in Europe.

The trademarked was registered on December 18th, the same day that the teaser site went live, further pinpointing to the big reveal that will happen on Monday, December 21st.

Also as a side note, Rage Burst was trademarked around 9 months ago, more and more the evidence seems to be adding up.

Stay tuned to The Vita Lounge as we’ll be sure to share any Vita related announcements that may happen on Monday.

Wouldn’t it be great if we get a localization for Resurrection AND Rage Burst?! And the plot thickens….

  • I hope this is legit, I’ve been pining for more God Eater for ages! Freedom Wars was a good substitute, but nothing beats God Eater for me.

Mmmmm…the Vita. So many good games to play on you lately.

Um, if they’re both trademarked, why are people still talking as though they might not be localised? Trademarks are a pretty good indicator that they will get localised, right?

    • A good indicator, but not a guarantee – we’ve been burned by that distinction in the past.

Thankfully, that’s not the case this time.

Alright! That’s excellent news! Not-so-excellent if each physical release is $49.99 as most new Vita (and 3DS) releases are here in Canada. Poor Canadian dollar 🙁 Do you think it’s right to pay $49.99 for Norn9: Var Commons? A visual novel? After taxes it becomes $56!

        • I think all monetary imparity with regards to “how much your money’s worth” is bullshit, but that’s just me. As for paying $56 for Var Commons, eff that. I wouldn’t pay half that digital and I prefer digital. haha
