Bandai Namco Entertainment has just announced the Western localization of two of the most requested PlayStation Vita titles ever.
Coming to us as a pair now that they’ve both been released in Japan (just as I predicted), God Eater Resurrection & God Eater 2: Rage Burst are officially headed to Western shores sometime in the future; with release dates – and even release windows – yet to be disclosed.
Here’s the official description of the titles via the PlayStation Blog announcement;
Set in the early 2050s, unknown life forms called Oracle Cells have begun their uncontrolled consumption of all life on Earth. The ravenous appetite of the Oracle Cells, coupled with their remarkable adaptability quickly turned these once harmless cells into Earth shattering monsters known as Aragami. Humanity’s last hope for survival now rests in the hands of individual elite Aragami hunters known as “God Eaters.”
We’ve yet to receive any further information regarding the localization of this series, but we’ll be sure to keep you informed if we do (as always). God Eater Resurrection & God Eater 2: Rage Burst are officially coming to Western shores sometime down the line.
…are you excited yet?
