When Assassin’s Creed Chronicles was announced for PlayStation Vita in December a lot of our readers took to the comments as we were unsure if a physical version of the game would be available on store shelves, but it looks as though there may very well be one on the way.

Confirmation appears to come from UK retailers Amazon and ShopTo who are both taking physical preorders for the game, as well as confirming what the box art for the game will also look like. GameStop are currently also taking preorders for the game in the US.

Assassin’s Creed Chronicles will be set in China, India and Russia over the course of three separate chapters and will launch on PlayStation Vita on April 5th in Europe and April 2nd in North America. Be sure to let us know in the comments if you’ll be picking it up.

I’d say that yes, it is definitely incoming as a retail release. And yes, I will be getting it. Maybe Sony will do another AC bundle with it.

I hope you did not get a vita to pretend to like it and bash vita owners for enjoying theirs… :/

  • Lester Paredes

I’d get it. Depends on my money situation when it’s time for it’s release.

hopefully it will be a good port,

Google lists it as a “cartridge,” and both Walmart and Best Buy (which is where I’ll be pre-ordering) has it listed as well. The US box art says it’s PSTV compatible.
