Play-Asia have listed an English-Asian version of the highly anticipated JRPG Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, meaning that many fans in English territories will be able to get ahold of a physical copy of the game in the English language.

There’s no concrete release date set at the moment, but the listing shows a February, 2016 release and will set players back £33.46 or $49.99. The physical version will also contain the same translation as what the European and US release will receive, meaning it will be identical to the digital-download version.

Will you be jumping at the chance to get a physical version of Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth? Let us know in the comments and be sure to stay tuned to The Vita Lounge for any news leading up to the games February Western release.

I’ve been holding out hope that this would happen, so I’m glad to see it come to fruition. This makes me much more excited for the game now.

  • Marius Henriksen

Yes! Hell yes! If I can get a physical version on Vita, I’ll buy it.

  • Zero Eternity

    Marvelous news, thank you Liam.

  • Buying the physical Asian vita version supports that digimon market, and will not make bamco more inclined to localize games in the west. So I’m buying the digital western version.

  • Lester Paredes

Yes. I would love to have it physically. Question is, how would this affect bamco’s decisions to bring other games west? While I hope they moniter stuff like this, now I’m really torn as to which copy to get!

  • Cousin Jeffrey

    Preordered immediately. Down with digital-only

  • MarkDG

As much as I would like to own it physically, I’d much rather support the actual western market. I want more Digimon games localized in the future! Digital EU version for me.

  • Ichigo Yoite

    Definitely going to get this!

  • blackwaltz91

So if I pre-order this and have an asia PSN account, will I still get all the DLCs? I want that black Agumon and Gabumon.
