Koei Tecmo has released new details and videos for Samurai Warriors 4: Empires.
First up is scene substitution! You’ll be able to fully customize your playable character by changing everything from appearance, leadership, wisdom, political attributes, move sets, family crests and Musou kanji.
Created characters will be fully integrated into the game; meeting and becoming part of the lives of historical figures. You’ll even be able to swap historical characters with custom characters in unlocked movies and cutscenes.
Take a look at the video below to see scene substitutions in action:
Next up we have an update on castle customisation.
There will be loads of customisable options, everything from decorating rooms with unlockable wallpapers to being able to hang banners that can be collected by completing missions. Not only are these banners decorative but they can also offer extra bonuses, such as increased income, supplies, commerce and fame.
Finally we have lots of new screenshots to whet your appetite:
Samurai Warriors 4: Empires will release digitally in Europe on March 11th 2016, with the North American release following four days later on March 15th.
