Acquire recently released some more details for Akiba’s beat, detailing eight new additions to the cast. Check them out below.

Kotomi Sanada
Kotomi is a 17 year old high school student. She comes from a distinguished family in Akihabara and has lived with her maid from a young age. As a result of this upbringing she is sarcastic and takes an authoritative tone with everyone else she meets.

Reji Shinomiya
A 28 year old man who is searching for someone in Akihabara. He joins up with Asahi after certain events and maintains a solitary, self centred attitude.

Mizuki Aihara
A 20 year old college student, he is a childhood friend of Asahi. Compared to Asahi, Mizuki is more serious and reliable. Between college and his part time tutoring job he leads a very productive life.

The rumoured pink-caped man that appeared in Akihabara. His true form is the Delusion Contractor Kanon. As his “Delusion Contractor” title suggests, he contracts the delusions of others into himself, but his true colours are completely unknown.

Moe Suzumori
Moe Suzumori is the poster maid for the “My Dears” maid cafe. Rumour has it that she hasn’t taken a day off since she started working for the cafe. She is proud of her position as a maid, and supports Asahi and company.

Yoshino Saionji
A professional maid who works for the Sanada family. She dotes on Kotomi Sanada, and is constantly spoiling her. Once in a while she will challenge Kotomi with various tasks under the pretence of “bride training”.

Katana Saotome
A 16 year old maid who works at the “Eden of Violet” bar in the Akihabara side-streets. She is extremely stylish and is popular among regular customers, but lacks confidence and gets nervous easily.

Akemi Extasia
A mysterious woman who runs the “Violet of Eden” bar. She makes the best of owning a shop where people gather by being an information broker. She takes interest in Asahi and company, who are trying to destroy the eroded delusions, and treats them favourably.

That’s all the characters announced so far, it’s quite the cast and it’ll be interesting to see how they all interact with their varying backgrounds. So what do you think of the new characters? Any favourites so far? Let us know in the comments below.
