PQube has announced that it’ll be publishing that other fast-paced beat ’em up busty action title in North America and Europe later in 2016.

Bashing through all my expectations, someone has picked up the awesomely grope-tacular Valkyrie Drive: Bhikkuni for Western release – that someone being PQube, and that release being later this year in North America and Europe.

Can I get a hell yes?

A title I received for review through our partnership with Play-Asia, Valkyrie Drive: Bhikkhuni is a quicker paced version of a Senran Kagura style game. It features girls infected by the armed virus, which makes you either an “Extar” or a “Liberator” depending on your affinity – the terms roughly coupled to the idea of a weapon, and a weapon weilder respectively.

Sounds steamy right? Not yet? Well you haven’t heard the best part; the only way to activate the virus is through a bond of pure pleasure!

Check out my review of the import version for more information on the game and how it works, or take a look at some sample gameplay footage I’ve included below;

Valkyrie Drive: Bhikkhuni is officially headed West, are you as excited as I am?

    YES! HELL YES! I imported the game, but hell yes, I’ll be buying it again! Please have a physical release! Please also bring over Uppers! Please oh please oh please oh please… I wonder if it’s available to pre-order yet? No, probably too soon…

      Not very excited about this one are ya lol! From what I’ve gleaned, this WILL be getting the physical treatment which I agree is a must. As far as Uppers goes, I read somewhere that they filed a patent for it. In Europe if I’m not mistaken. So that could be a good sign or sadly, a move to protect the IP in other territories. I’m betting on the former. Trust me, my fingers are way crossed for it making the voyage over too! It’s kinda funny. With each year that goes by, I expect the Vita games train to start slowing down. But it continues to chug ahead quite nicely! With the number of games that have been announced as of late, you can argue that ’16 is going to be the best year yet for the system. Such a shame neither Sony NA or western developers never got with the program.

        I sure hope Uppers is more than just a safety precaution. And, yes, very excited.

    A Western physical release of this game? I’ll buy this one for sure!

    Will the US version have japanese dub?

    Can I get a hell yes? – HELL YES.

    Even if this looks just like Senran Kagura, it’s tailor-made for the Vita, so it’ll probably run and play way better than Estival Versus did. Also, more of those impossibly hot schoolgirls – can’t complain.
