Gust has released some new screenshots and artwork for some of the characters you’ll get to meet in Atelier Firis: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Journey. We also have some details about some of Firis’ outfits and the effects that they’ll have.

Pamela Ibis (voiced by Asuka Tanii and illustrated by NOCO) makes a welcome return! She left Kirchen Bell to train for her sisterhood. She ended up running out of money on her journey because she bought too many souvenirs, and so now runs a shop in Reisenberg to try to earn money.

Nanna Tremmel (voiced by Yuko Sasamoto and illustrated by Yuugen) is a young lady who runs Reisenberg’s greatest shop. She’s very clever and although first impressions will have you believing that she’s easy going she’s actually really obsessed with making money.

Henrikka Asmus (voiced by Nana Hayama and illustrated by Yuugen) is the Hot Springs manager in the snowy town, Flocke. She has an easy going personality but for some reason is always sleepy.

Lukas Mistlud (voiced by Masaaki Yano and illustrated by Yuugen) is a miner from Eltona. He has two daughters, including Firis, who he adores.

Nicola Mistlud (voiced by Ayumi Nagao and illustrated by Yuugen) is a very straightforward and strong minded person. She loves her husband and daughters very much and is very much against Firis leaving town.

Bernd Lederer (voiced by Yasuhiro Mamiya and illustrated by Yuugen) is an elder at Firis’ home town of Eltona. He is worried about the town as he knows that the amount of ore mined is decreasing every year.

There will be a variety of costumes in Atelier Firis and they won’t just be used for aesthetic purposes, they’ll actually have an impact on Firis.

The Snow Bride costume reduces the consumption of LP in fields. The Fox Trek costume will increase your movement speed. You’ll want to make sure you’re wearing the Alchemist Garb when synthesising and also the Resort Vaction costume when exploring as it makes it easier to find high quality ingrediants.
