New information from NIS America and Famitsu have revealed more about God Wars’ launch in the major regions.

According to NIS America, strategic RPG God Wars: Future Past is headed to North America on March 28th and Europe on March 31st – Famitsu chiming in for Kadokawa Games with an “April” release window for Japan.

The Western version of the game will feature English and Japanese audio tracks with English subtitles, allowing for you to play it whichever way you prefer. As for the Japanese version, it’ll be in Japanese of course; but it’ll also be coming with two additional scenarios if you pre-order.

They are…

  • Scenario #1 – Hyuuga’s Future; Taking place after the main game, this scenario occurs as the characters return home to Hyuuga. Uratsuma and Kame are attacked by Momotarou’s gang off the coast of Mitoyo, prompting an interesting set of events.
  • Scenario #2 – A New Enemy; Kintarou is traveling with Kaguya when he gets notice that someone is attacking the jade of Koshi. They rush to help, and encounter a huge beast known as “White Tiger.”

Keeping all that in mind, is God Wars firmly in your future, or is it something from your future that will surely be passed? Let us know in the comments below!

I do like strategy games, so it’s on my radar. I just wish I knew of there’ll be reviews before the game launches. Hate to buy a bad game (not that that’s ever stopped me before).

I don’t typically like this type of strategy game, yet I’m mulling getting the Limited Edition from NISA’s store just for that cloth poster.
