As briefly covered in the official announcement the game will have several people burdened with the mark seeking safety in a manor said to protect those with the mark. The mark itself signifies the countdown to death. Your job is to explore the manor in hopes of finding the answers to saving yourself from the mark and ultimately death.

We also have a little glimpse into how the game will play out. You’ll be able to choose your partner among other various marked persons who will help you investigate. Whilst you’re busy exploring the only tool you’ll have access to is the flashlight.

Of course things aren’t always going to be straightforward, at “Spirit Spots” there is a risk of encountering truly horrific monsters. You have to be careful throughout your investigation not to attract their attention as an encounter with them puts you at risk of death. During confrontation you will have to make certain choices that will ultimately decide your fate.

So there you have it, our first glimpse into the terrifying world of Death Mark, what do you think of the game so far? Eager to encounter some of the monsters of the world? Let us know in the comments below.
