The free PlayStation Plus titles have been announced for March! Are you almost ready to ponder and slice your way through the month’s offerings?
March 2017’s titles are…
“As a contemporary take on the long-lost isometric platform genre, Lumo can be enjoyed by anyone looking for an absorbing, challenging and rewarding adventure. But for those who lived through the golden age of videogames – the 80s and early 90s – or know about the games and culture from that time, layer upon layer of nods, winks and touches to those times help build upon an experience that’s as heart-warming as it is exciting!
With over 400 rooms across four unique zones, six hidden mini-games and all kinds of secrets to uncover, Lumo is a true voyage of discovery. How much you discover just depends on how hard you look…” – PlayStation Store
“Despite its flaws, Lumo provides a wonderful experience into a classic genre. It purposefully fails to handhold the player through the puzzling challenges that await and while the gameplay is likely to test player’s patience, it is still a very addictive and fun experience.” – Gareth (aka; spritesnbytes) (3.5/5)
“Take control of a one-armed warrior named Sasha, wielding a living sword on her journey through a nightmare world in search of her family. Swipe-based touch controls will let you solve puzzles, find secrets, and do battle with a host of disturbing monsters. As the journey goes on, you’ll unlock new abilities, ascend an RPG-style upgrade tree, and tease apart the mysteries of the dark fantasy universe Sasha finds herself in.” – PlayStation Store
“Severed is a game that’s a perfect fit for the Vita, and with Drinkbox’s special sauce mixed into the wound it’s one bloodbath you won’t want to miss. I hope you’re quick or dedicated though, ’cause this isn’t your mom’s touch game – and those who aren’t up to the challenge will be cut down in their tracks.” – Kyle Wakeling (4.5/5)
These two Vita titles can be yours, for the
low price of a PlayStation Plus subscription. That subscription will net you great deals on digital titles as well, especially if you pay attention to the weekly deals on the PlayStation Network.
If you want one but don’t already have one, I suggest grabbing a year sub; both for the cost to coverage benefits as well as the fact that you’re not going to want it to run out on you. 😉
PS; We’d like to remind you that Plus titles across North America and Europe now hit on the same day of the week – the first Tuesday of the new month – and you’ll be able to get this month’s haul on the 7th. Watch for the release notice in next week’s PSN/PS+ update!
